IMPORTANT: These are only rough comparisons, sizes may vary slightly depending on the scene.• Why are the Crystal Gems there?
There's no point in making a size comparison if you have no one to compare those sizes to, I decided to put all the main Crystal Gems there because they're the characters that show up the most.
• Why are the Diamonds' pearls there?
They're more likely to show up with the Diamonds then anyone else, so I feel like this is the best place to put them in.
• Are you going to make more size references with other characters?
Maybe! If people ask for them
Written Comparisons:
-White is gigantic, and the tallest.
-Yellow Diamond goes up to White's hips.
-Blue Diamond is the same height as Yellow Diamond, as long as the heels aren't accounted for.
-Pink Diamond goes up to Yellow and Blue Diamond's hips.
-Pearl goes up to Pink Diamond's hips.
-The Pearls all the same height, although Pink Pearl is typically seen in her tippytoes, and as such seems taller.
-Yellow Pearl is the same height as Yellow Diamond's boot.
-Pearl goes up to Garnet's neck.
-Amethyst goes up to Pearl's shoulders.
-Steven is only a little shorter than Amethyst.

why are the diamonds pearls shorter then CG pearl? also, since when were yellow and blue THAT short?

In The Answer, Sapphire and Blue Pearl can be seen side by side, and Blue Pearl's only a bit taller then Sapphire. We also know that Yellow and Blue Pearl are the same height from That Will Be All and The Trial. Not only that but when comparing the way the same storyboarder draws both the Diamonds' Pearls and our Pearl, it can be told they are meant to be shorter and slightly thicker than our Pearl.

The Pearls can be seen in Message Received (Yellow Pearl) and The Trial, That Will Be All (both) that are a bit smaller than Pearl. About the Diamonds, Yellow was seen in Message Received smaller than even Sugilite, and Blue seemed to be the same size in her palanquin on The Answer. Their size never was stated exactly, so you might see size difference between them through the episodes.

I can't say for the Pearls, but when we first saw the Diamonds they were a lot shorter than how they are now. When we see Yellow for the first time she's only between two and three times the size of her pearl.
