Version 1.0:Well it's better. Still a few kinks I wanna work out but I'll do them later. Mostly edit the skirt movement a little. It's a little too smooth for the animation. So yeah...and then I wanna reshade so it keeps the same light source when she faces the opposite way.
Okay what's your opinion on the shoes? It kinda looks like she's sorta spinning in place or something... I might change that...
Anyways thanks to for the Amy fukkireta sprites in his gallery. It really helped.

Well you can find sprite sheets for sonic characters online. Basically it has all the frames the characters go through out the game, often times there's about 8 frames that they put on a loop for if they're running continuously and such. Well anyways I basically made Char Char's sprite and then split a few and fused them together to make them look like the frames for caramelldansen. Then I just put em into photoshop to animate :3
