Cybertron Downshift and G1 Thundercracker. I drew this awhile back but now i a'm learning to color digitally. This is my third coloring with comp.Related content

Yeah! He actually looked like a car you could find on the street, not some made up futuristic machine. That one thing I love about G1 and the Alternators lines, real identifiable vehicles. Transformers are best when it seems they are in our world, not some future or another planet.

Agreed. If they want to give them Cybertronian alt modes as part of a back story, fine, but on Earth they would stand out like a sore thumb!
Every time I look at Downshift's vehicle mode, I keep thinking either Challenger or Cuda, though the front end is a bit different from that.

The front end reminds me of a '72 Skylark [link] see the pointed front end. The rear is very 'cuda like. Your right. overall shape has a Challenger feel,
