An interesting set of intersections. I can't make out what's below the faces and I find it distracting, as it's so much brighter than the rest of the image.

The bright parts below are her shoulders intersecting in the overlay.
Its an optical illusion, which way is she looking, both ways or only the way you perceive it.
No great meaning to it but thats just the way it came across.
The face in the middle was added after, on top of the same image as the other two, just to give it some substance.
