I can't believe I got this done finally.
I'm so relieved, I was up very late last night trying to get tho done in case I was too late! And luckily I got the day off today so I managed to finish it! And around the time I would've came home and tried to finish it if I did go out today.
So, Collab Contest. I really hope my colouring was good enough, I haven't really worked with robots before, so I did the best I could. I tried to make the background transparent but it didn't work. 
I wish I could've done it a bit better but oh well, I did my best. Enjoy. ;v;

I do not know how to avoid touching the lineart when I am doing one layer myself apart from using the magic wand tool, which might be the best option. But it is absolutely awesome, your colouring!

Haha, I don't know if I have the magic wand tool on the art program I had but i managed, just a lot of zooming in and making sure I didn't go over the lines. XD But thank you so much! ;w;
