Description
In a first time, i wanted to use only the pen to illustrate that drawing. Finally i've used tones because it looked better for me with it.Long pencil work time though...
This is a illustration of a project i am working on.

And i totally agree with you. I spent a lot of time on the back ground so the boy don't really match.
Its like cartoon's charaters on a movie back ground hehe.
