Description
It's funny...because I'm late.I've been putting off watching Gravity Falls for a while now.
Like, two years maybe? Ever since it first got popular. I didn't want to become obsessed.
But yeah I gave in and stayed up 'till 4am this morning watching Season 1.
I'm still mid-way through Season 2, though I know the end. Internets.
Where I'm not as into it as I am Superjail or The Lorax, I do really enjoy it. And I love this yellow guy. And the ciphers. OOOH THE CIPHERS. Wait, not the Bill kind. Well, yes, but not the OOH part - I meant, you know, the atbash and ceasar.
I'm going to shut up now...

Oh my gosh thank you - it would.
I should do it.
Do you think I'm allowed to do it?
I should...

Well to be honest I don't know if it's ok to
sell something with an character you don't own
but then there are lots of fanshirts which
contain characters of the show (e.g. Adventure Time,
Animes, Games, ...).
Better look it up to avoid any trouble. :>

Yeah, I think I'll look it up.
I know you're allowed to sell some things depending on the company that owns the rights, but I'm not sure about Gravity Falls. :3
I'll have a look, just in case!

Yeah and tell me the result. :3
I wanna know if you will put that on a shirt or not. xD

Euuu,
Turns out you're allowed to print fanart onto shirts, but you're not allowed to sell them in big quantities because that's not particularly legal and companies like Disney can send out Cease and Desists - you're only allowed to do one-off things.
I'll probably pop it onto a shirt for myself, but other people are allowed to do it for themselves if they'd like.

Haha, only if you want to sell the pictures on like, stickers or shirts to the masses!

I want to sell some shirts ... but I highly doubt that I will sell so much shirts.
I may count with 10-100 sold shirts?
*shrugs*
But I never wanted to draw some Disney stuff anyway. xD
I rather concern Adventure Time, Gravity Falls and stuff like that. :>

You should be able to sell that many, I think. I'm not so sure, though; some people get away with selling hundreds of pieces of fake merch, but if Disney notice you they'll probably send you a cease and desist.
Arrrrgh, Adventure time and Gravity Falls are two of my favourite cartoons!

I mean I understand that "big companies" like Disney gonna sue you for sell selfmade merch.
But ... some cartoons belong to Disney, don't they? Like Star Butterfly.
But the series itself belongs to a certain person (like Gravity Falls belongs to Alex Hirsch).
Will I get in trouble by selling merch of those cartoons? :c

Hmm, I'm still not sure. Possibly?
Like I said, it depends how much you sell. If you go on websites like Redbubble, etsy, that sort of thing, there are loads of people who sell shirts, mouse-mats and all sorts of thins associated with Adventure Time and smaller shows like that.
You probably won't get into trouble, but there's always a small chance you might get asked to stop at some point.
