My Time Pencil Drawing.
Here is my third drawing to go in my Alice In Wonderland Collection, only two more to go! I originally was planning on The Mad Hatter next but I think he’s going to be the most fun to do, so always save the best till last I’ll be doing The White Queen next to keep an eye out! A little about this drawing, it was the most relaxing out of the three I’ve done so far, it was pretty much Black and White which is where I feel my most comfortable and confident, so I got stuck in and it was a quick little drawing. Learnt a few techniques along the way, like how to do the lighting on his beard and gloves hand which was a fun little challenge. The only problem I faced with this drawing was how to end it off. If you look at the original poster, you’ll notice how it goes straight down. My problem was, do I finish it like I did my Tim Burton drawing? Do I fill the whole bottom of the page out in black? In the end I thought this funky composition with the diagonal lines really worked for this drawing. It helps it stand out in it’s own way and maybe will be something I’ll do with The White Queen and The Mad Hatter! Check back soon for more Alice In Wonderland drawings and many, many more to come.
