Silently in agreement they had observed the right amount of tradition in a respectful manner, Tracey and Lucas ventured onto the twenty-foot square training area.

The spacious room itself was warmed by central heating vents on the ceiling but even so, it took a moment or two for them to get adjusted to the mild coolness of the thick vinyl underneath their feet.

"So, what's next on the agenda, teach?" Lucas asked. Tracey favored him with a raised eyebrow and a quicky grin before he corrected himself. "Sorry, gorgeous; I meant, 'Sensei'."

Lightly chuckling under her breath, Tracey patted Lucas affectionately on his shoulder. "You're forgiven, luv; This time, anyway. As for what we'll do next, I reckoned we should do a little warm-up routine; lightly jog around the perimeter of the mats a couple of times to the ol' blood pumping."

"Hmm, sounds good to me."

Taking on a thoughtful pose, Tracey said, "Then, we should do some stretching. Gotta getcha all nice and limber, ya know. After all, we can't have you feeling... *ahem* noticeably stiff before we get to the exciting stuff, now can we?"

"Oh, perish forbid. Not that you wouldn't mind me being... stiff, now would you?"

Spilling the beans on her special plans for Lucas was the furthest thing on Tracey's mind. Still, though, it was kind of hard to hide the noticeable glint of provocativeness flashing in Tracey's gray eyes. "Mmm, we'll have to save that for later."
