Here is my half of the Art trade I did with A new and very unusual Skeksis Skek-Ssh, who was born in fire and worships the three suns, for their new AU I have to admit I really like the idea of this guy and look forward to seeing what she does with him. I hope you like my impression of him, he was a lot of fun to draw and I have to admit considering I'm a little out of practise when it come to drawing these guys I'm pretty surprised how he came out! thanks for the chance to draw him for you . and take care.Disclaimer : the Skeksis and the Dark Crystal are the property of Jim Henson of course but Skek-Ssh is ArlenFrams ow Skeksis is a fan character and this is fan art so no infringement of copyright is intended.

Thanks Chern I was trying to do a nice picture of him for Kel! it was pretty amazing that he came out so well, I had just finished his underpainting and thought to myself Whoa! this doesn't need much more work it looks great with just those few colours and that plain black background made it stand out so well! so I basically went from that, and I have to admit thanks for introducing me to what the watery ink tool can do! I'm a little out of practise drawing Skeks I admit but it seems I've learnt a few things from doing all that traditional art lately.

You’re welcome and you really did a great job on this! I’m so impressed with this! I understand that, my painting has help me with my style on my regular stuff! I no longer obsess of coloring lol I just trust my instincts. You look like you’ve come to that same realization!!! Keep it up!!! HmmmMmmmm! thanks Barosus that's the first time your ever commented of something of mine and I really appreciate it! also keep up that great writings of yours! we definitely need a few more worldsmiths here, seeing we seem to be rather few and far between and largely unnoticed! (almost as bad as Aussies, I'm Aussie and we're few and far between here it seems as well) once again Thanks so much for the comment, and yeah as you can see I'm a huge fan of the Dark Crystal and the Skeksis although it's been a while since I've drawn one!

Charm! He is perfect! I love how you did flames and the fiery aspect and the way fire blends with darkness is amazing! I hope to bring some more about Ske-Shh soon and develop him more
A story is being made about him, tho now I am very sick and it has to wait a bit.

He came out great and I think it's your best lighting piece! The fire went so realistic and flashy!
