Eeee! Gryphon peepit! This is an extremely cute piece, but the baby gryphon stands out most for me.
Oh... btw, swandog linked me over here plugging your illustrator job advice. I don't think I'm disciplined enough to pull it off... at least not yet, but we'll see.

I decided to go with more of a subtle threat display- the foot on the teifling's tail, the rustled feathers at the neck, the wings flared out...
