Close, all the fake-welds are Bondo I basically did what people do with cake frosting and put mixed Bondo into a plastic bag, cut the corner off and went to town.

HA well I have all the WIP-photos of the head but I honestly think my method was half-assed at best The head weighs more than something supported by your neck should weigh (though I've never held any other mau5head so I don't know how it stacks up) but if you're really curious maybe I'll collage the WIP pics into a couple bigger pictures so you have an idea of how I did it

Aha even if it was half assed it looks amazing! I could see him wearing it. A write up would help a lot along with pictures . Thanks so much. I wish I could have seen it at the expo
