Yeah i was tired and pumped this out. my hand started killing me after a 10 hr day, that included this and other stuff, so yeah, the bg is crazy plain.. this is for a collab, so plz ask permission for colors, otherwise id say practice all u want on it.Related content

What type of pen did you ink this with? Or is it in pencil? BTW, very well done. I really like how you drew the weapons with such movement. All those speed-lines on them inspires me to do that again. Keep up the great work

What do you do to prevent smudges???

not sure i do it w/o thinking. but i draw from left to right always regardless of the order of the characters. then if i must i put a blank sheet of paper under my wrist and rest it on that. but u can still smudge if u move that blank paper along an dark area of graphite, so u have to change that paper as well. but likei said drawing from left to right keeps that too a minimum.
