Sorry, but this person is Noah Taylor. He constantly steals art and random images (And sometimes recolors them) and even block-evades whenever many people block him. Every time a certain amount of people block him, he makes a new account just to get around it. He even tries to use a different username just to fool us, but I can tell it's him because of his english. He always says no when someone says it's him when it's really him. Please ban this block-evader from DA and be sure to give him an IP ban.
