10. Medusa from soul eater. because what she did to and how treats Crona. But to be fair she is a great villain (better then Asura) and she is a Knight of Cerebus and a magnificent b*!#%@& but she did cross the moral event horizon that's why shes only no. 10 on this list. I have a love, hate thing with Medusa.

9. Most versions of Megatron. This guy's such a asshole even people from the same alignment don't like him. And he betrays his own allies on several occasions some time's just to prove he's eviler. To be fair I just dislike him because his a lousy Villain most of the time. But the others on this last I hate.

8. Shou Tucker from fullmetal alchemist. for transmuting his daughter into a chimera. Which Scar has to Mercy Kill. He had earlier done the same to his wife. Both instances were in order to keep his job, and at least in the case of the first, keep his family from presumed poverty, but he also did it in both cause to see if he can. And even worse is his refusal to see that he did anything wrong. And that everyone should have no problem with what he did. And anyone in his position would do the same thing. Because he did it for science. (Even at the end he refuses to see that he did anything wrong.) The worst punishment he gets is turning himself turned into some kind of twisted chimera. In the manga he doesn't survive to the end of the episode. Thank you Scar.

7. Orihime from Bleach. This has to do with several factors. Her character turning from Genki Girl into a depressed mope though for a good reason.
Her being the necessitation of another Rescue Arc, a long, long rescue arc.
Not having any offensive powers after Tsubaki ate it when Orihime tried protecting her friends. He gets repaired, but so far has not been used in battle since then. Not helped at all by the fact that Tsubaki's power is directly proportional to Orihime's killing intent, which is non-existent thanks to her Actual Pacifism. Usually all she does is heal the characters after they first get destroyed by the filler villains. She'll occasionally do something else, but it's rarely anything significant. It probably says something that her most notable feat in a filler arc is healing the Big Bad of the Zanpakuto Arc even after he tells her he's the villain.
The hate intensifies with every utterance of "Kurosaki-kun" after a chapter had her repeat it a dozen or so times. And not to mention shes raiding on the Stupid Good Axes, oh Orihime... Your heart is always in the right place: you want to save your friends, those arrancar were hurt and one was even killed because of you, and you can't just sit back and let your friends get hurt for your sake. But honey, maybe you should use the brain that we know you have in there and think: your friends have already displayed their rescue fetishes, those arrancar were trying to kill you and one was still hitting you while you were healing her, and Aizen is a Magnificent Bastard who has probably planned for you to do all of that (and you know it, heck, you lampshaded it after he showed you the Hogyoku)! And on top of all that she's The Load.

6. Gaz from Invader Zim. Gaz, Dib's ax crazy, selfish, petty and abusive sister, who seems to exist solely to make his life hell and get away with it and seems to hating her brother just for the sake of hate him (to not bad enough everyone else in the world hates him for very petty reasons). Near the end of the series, she got worse, beating him up violently for trivial and petty offenses and generally Flanderizing. One of the unaired scripts even has her see Zim clearly dying from withdrawal of his PAK and almost leave him to die, and Zim has to lie to get her to even lift a finger. And on top of all that she's a Black Hole Sue, who thinks the world revolves around the her.

5. Zachariah from supernatural. most of the angels in supernatural are prideful jerks. But Zachariah is one of the biggest Smug Snakes ever. He is cruel, sadistic, prideful, condescending, manipulative, and is just plain evil, ironically he's supposed to be a angel . Though not originally in this field, he became this when he crossed a moral event horizon, when
in the season 5 premiere, when he threatened to cripple Bobby for life, removed Sam's lungs, and gave Dean Stage 4 stomach cancer, all to give him incentive to work with him. And if that wasn't bad enough when the Winchesters were in heaven he brought their mother to then just to mess with them.

4.Cesare Borgia from Assassin Creed Brotherhood. He is a total asshole and a huge Smug Snake and a huge spoiled brat. And is just plain evil, to the degree of almost being Stupid Evil. And while most of the Knight Templar's are well-intentioned extremist, Cesare Borgia doesn't even bother with that pretense and is all about military conquest and personal glory/greed, not even mentioning the Order. He killed Ezio's uncle Mario for evulz. And he killed his own brother to take power. And tries to upstage his father Rodrigo Borgia. And has a pathetic childish Villainous Breakdown. Even his own father hates him and tries to kill him , his father fails unfortunately. in the end he screams that no man can kill him so Ezio throws him off the top of a wall. he falls to his death, his death is very satisfying

3. Bendy from fosters home imaginary friends. He pretty much fools Herriman and Frankie into believing and loving him while he does terrible things around the house and ends up getting Bloo screwed over for it. Bloo, being not very bright, decides to trap Bendy in a situation where they would have to acknowledge that Bendy was guilty of something wrong only to end up screwing himself into destroying most of the house while "Bendy took a cookie." Basically he's a karma houdini. Even the creator regrets creating him. Fortunately hes only in one episode.

2. Everyone on Adventure Time especially Finn. I think I already said why I don't like them [link] These characters have to be
the moste annoying, poorly written, poorly voiced, poorly animated, and poorly developed characters ever second only to the no.1 on the list

1. Bella Swan from the twilight series. She is the most annoying, whiny, emotionless, spoiled, selfish, cry baby ever. That's not even getting into her countless Mary Sue qualities. Everyone loves her upon meeting her, for no explained reason. Even the vampire guy who hasn't met a girl he's wanted for a hundred years finds her irresistible, and if that wasn't enough, she also has a werewolf lusting after her too. And again, there is no reasonable explanation as to why she is so beloved.

And Bella NEEDS to be changed over so she'll have the strength to lug around that big-ass Idiot Ball she's been strapped to ever since she saw Edward Cullen walk into the school cafeteria.

And She doesn't do anything remotely useful until Breaking Dawn and it's pretty much because of her bloodthirsty monsters keep showing up and attacking people in the surrounding areas. It's entirely because of her. In the first book, James is attracted to her scent. In the second, so is Laurent. In the third, Victoria wants revenge for James. In the fourth, it's her hellspawn that causes the Volturi to come. Every major monster clash in all the books is a result of Bella. Even the fans hate.
