I think she's underwater. If she wasn't she wouldn't be able to stand like that for very long. XDI dunno. Just felt like goofing off with OC 1.1 for a while.
That's probably still my favorite drawing program. XD
Also, I don't ever feel like drawing/designing clothes. That's why I'm always drawing naked people.

That's fine if I'm drawing like, normal people. When I'm drawing magical or symbolic stuff it needs to be all creative and special and stuffs.
