I'm so THRILLEDπ that one of the GOT prequels will be about the First Long Night, because that means we'll see this very scene (the raising of the Wall) and we'll meet Bran the Builder, the first of the greatest House ever: the Starks πΊπ!!!
PS: The realism you've managed on the giants, mammoths, child of the forest, blocks of ice, snow βοΈ, cranes and forest is tremendous, it actually looks like a picture from the show!! Bravo chasestoneΒ !!Β

Holy, epically magnificent! Β This Ice Walls are stunning and The Mammoths looks incredible! The characters, ice, work machines, mountains, pathway track, movement, atmosphere, cloaks, clothing, sky, clouds, mist, architecture, plant life, snow, pulling ropes, realisticness, shadows,textures, hues, concept, composition, uniqueness, lighting, colors, style, and other details are also wonnderful! Amazingly radical work!

I was blown away by this when I opened the book. To find out it's your work is not surprising! I'm guessing you were in talks with GRRM (or someone close) whilst developing this. Were there any big changes that needed to be made in the process?
