Out of all of the work I did for the Theros setting this is probably my favorite. Really cool that I got to do a few of the Gods, even though its a sorcery.Art Director: Jeremy Jarvis

I love that the perspective of this picture seems like one of a wounded soldier on the battlefield, looking up to see the gods of death greeting him or her as life's end draws near.

Pharika, the God of Afflictions and Gorgons, grants the solace of death.
Between them stands Erebos, God of the Dead, who promises nothing but eternity.
