Description
This will be the last of my complex Wordpress themes, before moving onto simpler, free themes, this one will be for sale, but only cheaply. As you can see it takes inspiration from the Apple Start Page in Safari, as I thought it would convert well into a blog design, using a few new tricks and effects I whipped this up.Icons are Royalty Free, and are from IconDrawer [link]

Looking at the design it seems that it could quite easily be compatible. My main focus is Wordpress themes. So I can't give you a confirmed 'Yes'. I'll get back to you shortly.

If you're trying to make your name, regular is fine at £20, but exclusivity should be more around £50. £100 is far too steep.
Other than that, as Tyne said, changed that design a little. Apple will kill you if they find it.

Yeah, I changed it earlier to some royalty free icons to ensure that I'm safe.

You need to remove the icons and replace them with Public-Domain icons before you sell this or before an Apple Exec. (with a stick up their ass) sees them. You're using their product (the icons) to profit (your design).
However, if you mess with the background (maybe a solid?) and add a background to the center posts, I'd consider this a great work. It's very clean and easy to navigate. The near widget-type look and the three distinct columns give it an added bonus.
7.5/10 - Don't look upon that score lightly. I'm comparing this to all the greatness on the entire internet.
