When colouring in lineart, it is good to actually fill in the whole picture, not just bits and pieces of it, also those hands of his look like he has a seriously huge tumour, he should get that looked at. The arms are in the wrong place and aren't even in the same place on the shoulder, his head is too big for his body and his legs look like sausages.
Look at references and learn anatomy. It won't hurt to be knowledgeable in that area

And his face is rather cute in this picture, to tell you the truth. I like it, actually.
The anatomy is a bit...off. but it's really just the arms and legs that need the most improvment, your poses in art diffently vary more then mine. Oo;

Hm...I would say fixing the legs and arms, and taking more time to color it. And maybe adding some lighting to the emerald in the left-hand corner would improve this tremendously.
