About 7 years, since I was 16. It helps with my sports and stuff.
Martial arts since I was 13.

yup, I believe we already talked about this, I do martial arts as well, jujitsu.  Fitness is a trifecta: flexibility, cardio and strength.  How old are you now and what belt rank are you in martial arts?

23 and brown in karate and green in judo.
