Full name is Chase Daniel Mcnab. Years before he moved downtown to become a detective, he lived in a small neighorhood, that was a little ways from the city, with his brothers and his mom and dad. They we're like any regular family. His dad was a police officer, and his mother is a News Reporter. Just like a regular family, until a devastating riot broke out; Then, everything changed. Now, Chase lives with just his little brother max, who's almost 14 years old, and his dad's buddy, Darryl.

At the time when the riot broke out, his father was sent to try and calm the riot down, while his mom was sent to report on the riot. The riot was extremely violent and reached the area Chase lived, but luckily he survived, but his father, however, never came back. He was was never found and was presumed dead. His mom, also survived, but because she survived with out injury, she ranked up to a higher reporter dept where she is required to travel a lot. She travels so often that Chase can barely see her and because of this, Chase was mainly raised by Darryl. Chase and Darry share a strong bond as if he was Chase's real dad. Overtime his interest in the riot grew as well as his skills of keen perception. He began to become aware of many things that made the riot, unusual. Eventually he decided to go downtown to become a detective. He went without telling Darry, but he did tell his brother Max. Now being a detective he was sure that with the records the police possess, he'd find out more on the riot that changed his life, that fateful day.
