She's a pro, he's new.
Been doing a lot of boxing lately, theΒ Pan-Am Boxing Club Β is right beside my studio, which makes for a very convenient addition the routine.
Highly recommend trying a boxing class, not nearly as scary as you'd think. Great workout, incredibly welcoming and supportive community. It's also super fun learning how to punch things.
