Description
a pearl whitealmost glossy
pillowandattachedFADEDtags
DO NOT REMOVE
(should only be sewn to the mattress?
reminds me: needles,
crisp like an oven fresh croissant
that makes me infatuated with our breakfast
and those carpet burns make me GRIN and
red)
"i love zach!"
scribbled in HEAVY
permanent midnight blue letters--
that EXCLAMATION POINT:withMEANing
SCREAM BITCH.
a declarative sentence?A COMMAND,
hidden with a smirk,
a coy smile at best.
squeaks at every second
(TELL ME everything
i'm not going to hear it)
and blind?
sure, because these blinds
will neverCOVERourFEELings--
BUT I WANT TO SEE
(just like they do.)

How... Delightfully erotic and oddly enough, this reminded me of Ellen Hopkins books... XD

she writes books all with just using poems for her characters.

as always, your structure intrigues me and the content i can't describe. i love the last few lines - the rest of the poem seems to be an array of things that fit loosely together but with the last few lines, you just bring it all together and it makes that much more sense because of it. the rest of it couldn't stand alone without it. i like it

and as always--i appreciate your comment.
i've been writing alot of poetry--
and what i've been doing is picking any object i see at that time--
and writing exactly a page long poem about it.
i have a ton of pillows,
and this is a different. pillow.
it's actually one i would never want/have,
but--when i moved to charleston,
i forgot all my pillows.
so my good friend and roommate at the time
gave me one of her pillows.
and--i remember she dated a guy named zach.
but--i had never noticed that being written on the tag.
so. that's how this poem began.
the middle and the ending are still unknown though. haha.
but--i love your comments.
because you always completely get the point.
