Well, you sure sound like you know what you're talking about! I can speak Spanish and understand some Italian, some French, Portuguese, a little German (had to learn that one for a job I held once.). And I admit to using Google Translator occasionally when I draw a blank. And of course I speak American English. Anyway, always nice to talk to you in any language.

Wow - excellent! I didn't know you were a linguist as well - that's awesome. I wish I had kept up with French, at least - I can still understand some phrases and the general direction a conversation is going in, but really nothing beyond that.
Likewise, it's always a pleasure to talk to you as well.

HaHaHa! Sorry, I hate to cook! I always appreciate a good meal prepared by others for me to enjoy. Cooking is the one thing I never cared to pursue. Neither did my mother come to think of it. So I took my talents elsewhere and let someone else do the work in the kitchen. I'm always willing to clean up after a meal though. Sorry to disappoint you. Being Italian doesn't automatically make you a cook. But I think it does have something to do with my passion for art and color.
