You've never heard of the author Harry Turtledore? He wrote a number of series of science-fiction or alternated history. I'm enjoying right now a cool beginning of one of his most known series "WorldWar". Basically in 1941 a reptilian race invade the world, right in the middle of the WW2.
Molotov is the second ever man to meet the Fleetlord Atvar after Ribbentrop. While the Atvar-Ribbentrop meeting has been shortly described (with Ribbentrop being sick because the lack of gravity, intentionally off by Atvar), the Molotov scene is long and a very cool.
He manage both to impress Atvar with his composure and intelligence and upset him with mention of revolution and murdering of emperors. xD
And of course, while Atvar expected/hoped to see Molotov to accept a surrender proposal, he just got back a
"Leave our fatherland now, or we will relentlessly fight you" plus some mentions that also "The Race" will see inevitably an inner socialist revolution as result of the imperialist aggression against Earth x3
If i'm right Molotov should have a number of his own point-of-view chapters in the series, you could like them...

What difference does it make that they were all Old Bolsheviks? The Old Bolsheviks, many of whom "Koba" had executed eventually, were the very core of the Bolshevik Party for years preceding the Revolution. Well, Trotsky notwithstanding...
