i broused some of photomanip. and saw that most just blurred and black/white their pictures. i figured it would fit nicely. for i did smooth out the picture, made it black/white. if you think of some place better please tell me

photomanip, although i don't do it, is usually taking bits from different pics and putting them together. or something like that. this picture would belong in photography, because even though you edited you didn't manipulate.
