Yay! My first Artemis Fowl fanart! Well...the first I've posted
This scene had to be one of my favorites
besides that other particular scene in book 6It's when No1 (the middle one...he's a demon warlock) asks Artemis and Holly to "strip down" as it's too difficult to focus on them and their clothing as they enter his time tunnel
And so Artemis and Holly go on both sides of him and whisper(quite angrily) as to why they have to strip in front of each other...I had to give Artemis props for going in his underwear...Holly refused to take off her one piece
Show some courage Holly!!! He's only a Mud BoyOh goodness I still laugh when I read it

I think the one-piece might have been all she had under her jumpsuit... And anyways, he's a pubescent male (who's total crushing). I think she did him a favor and at least semi-preserved his image.

Ah the strip scene. Probably one of the most memorable moments in arty's life~ XD That and the lollipops. hehe B) I love artemis' expression. Holly's is more questioning, but arty's is just pure rage and embarassment, Which is how it came across in the book, at least to me.

What really got to me were the authors descriptions:
Artemis was wearing a pair of red Armani boxer shorts,
which were pretty much the same color as his face.
Oh, I laughed for days at that!

I love this secne, one of my favorites from this book along with the "other" scene.
It's an amazing drawing and is one of those one where you look at it and go "INSTANT FAVORITE!" Keep up the great work!
I also would like to point out in a very non-criticizing and friendly manner that Holly's neutrino is facing the wrong way. Though it IS possible to draw from the direction it's in now and some people do with special holsters, police tend to carry their duty weapon in a normal holster on their right hip (If they're right handed it's on right hip, if left handed it's on left hip) with the butt facing their 6 O'clock. just figured you should know

Yeah, I fortunately do not know how to handle a gun so...XD I didn't even realize its pointing the wrong way. But you are correctXD Looking at it again, I believe I wanted people to be able to see the gun(as Holly always feels better when she has oneXD)and that the handle would be the most recognizable piece of the weaponXD I do appreciate you pointing that out(never thought about it beforeXD) I'll try harder to make things feel realistic

It's perfectly fine
and don't worry about the realistic thing, like I said I go all a nerd when I see something with weapons. like when I saw this one of avatar where the characters are gang members and I just about had a stroke at how awesome it was and my comment was stuff like "Since when are Zuko and Katara left handed? is that a Sig in his hand or a smith & wesson?" and it went on like that for a while. XD

Well I was raised around that kind of stuff so I picked it up as I've grown. and if you need any help assigning weapons to a character I'd be happy to help with the specifics, I'm good at matching a personality to an ideal weapon, like I had to do for a story a friend and I are writing where each character's personality is built off ours and our two friends.

Anywho, His name is Chatter, and he is a part of the circus as their knife thrower. He is very skilled at what he does, but he is very arrogant and will sometimes...make mistakesXD. He can be a bit of a show off and cheeky. But he is very loyal and courageous at times too:3

Alright through what you've told me I was thinking a handgun would work best, probably something small or easily concealed.
So here are a few options:

If you don't like the ones you see, want full sized handguns or want more options I'd be happy to oblige!
Also I think you should take a look at ballistic knives, as they are a type of cross between firearms and knives. if you haven't hear of them it looks like a normal knife but really it's a knife blade inserted into a holder that puts tension on a large spring that when (depending on the model you have) a button is pushed, a lever is flipped or a pin removed the blade fires outward faster than a knife can normally be thrown and it's a surprise attack weapon. here's a link if you're interested.
