I completely reworked it 
And I tried making a video, but I really fail with camera motion It's terrible. It cannot be explained!! So there's a ton of different angles... (I don't think I missed any)

ok you know as for girls when we wear heals that our toes kinda squeeze together at the front of the shoe, well my point is is that is what i did with the model that currently has the shoe fitted. is it fine to have it be more realistic that way or does it have to look like it does in this photo with the toes the way they are shown here? id like to know before i call the final on the model....
