Nice! I love the glow ring around her, and her eyes! The colors are nice too, a perfect blend to make them stand out and not being a mess. The hair has a nice texture and volume, but it looks kinda lifeless due to how it looks like it's stiff, by looking at the shot from the far right it looks like it's going into her, I'd suggest you should make it more flexible and movey, if ya get me.
Overall, awesome job!
