TERMS OF SERVICE:

Commission's Terms of Service TERMS AND CONDITIONS By commissioning me, the client agrees that he is at the Age of 18 or older (since using PayPal under the age of 18 is against PayPal’s terms of service) and I am not responsible if that doesn’t turn out to be the case. By purchasing my commissions, the client is automatically accepting my Terms of Service and is being obligated to follow them. The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints) For Commercial use, the price will probably double up or more when:1. Use the artwork for profitable medium (Youtube, Twitch, Patreon, etc) (Price multiplied 2x)2. Reproducing and selling the artwork (merchandise, etc) (Price multiplied 3x)Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties. PAYMENT Paypal accepted.Full payment only before I start drawing.I'll send you the invoice to your Paypal email so you can just pay from the invoice.Refunds only during the sketching phase! Make sure to provice the artist with the accurate Paypal Email.I have the right to reject or cancel a commission without telling the reason. ORDERING & WORK TIME Commissions are chosen by me. "First come, first served" doesn't apply. Request the Commission either way! Worktime is about 4-30 days (can also more than that, depending on commission type. REVISION & CORRECTION If I made a mistake on the character detail, feel free to point it out, I will revision it! To prevent this, please make sure you tell me anything I need to know about your order especially when I'm still on sketching phase.Feel free to contact me to see the progress. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY I will send you the full resolution picture, but there will be small signature of mine. I'll also send you the smaller size for you to upload, like the one I upload at my gallery. As a Commissionee, I (BillyChatzo) hold every right to the artwork to : Publish my commission works in here or on my other sites. (With your credit as the characters owner)Promote myself with the art.As a (Personal Use) Commissioner, you may : Upload / post the art at any other platform (non-profitable medium) with proper credit to my page.Print the art or make any merchandise for your personal use, not for sale.Make the art to decor your deviantart page, profile picture, or any other personal account as long as you're not making profit for it.and You are NOT ALLOWED to : Redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency. Please contact me for commercial use price.Post the full size drawing publicly. You can post the smaller size with my credit.Change or modify the artwork without my permission.Claim the art as yours.Removing my watermark / credit. _______________________________________Withholding the artist from posting the commission art may cost extra.The Commissioner must credit the Artist (BillyChatzo) at all times for any commissioned artwork. It’s not my responsibility to hold onto a commission and preserve it for extended periods of time. The commission or the storage it’s saved in might spontaneously combust, break, get corrupted or even deleted. It’s not my responsibility to archive your piece. After the cancelation of a commission, In case of money loss of the client due to technical issues (or any unknown issues), while I (BillyChatzo) haven’t received any money and/or while I have already refunded the client, it’s not my responsibility to compensate the money that has been lost. (PayPal always protects both the Seller and the Client) Please do avoid displaying inappropriate behavior. One of the goals of these commissions is for both the Client and the Artist to be satisfied and happy with the process. Filing a chargeback against the Artist on Paypal will result in the Client's right to every work the Artist has ever made for them to be retracted and the Artist has the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
