Description
I needed a villain with a quirk that would allow "transportation" of other villains. Instead of having a portal quirk this is an alternative which can also be seen as teleportation I guess.

Kawaru at 18 joined up with a group of small time villains which included Yohei(18) and Joki(16) at the time who were just barely becoming villains themselves. They would commit crimes for the boss who in turn rewarded them with whatever they needed (money, new identities, etc), but mostly money. Kawaru was a foster child who wasn't able to find a permanent home / family and at the age of 18 turned to a life of crime rather than going out to get a normal job. Crime seemed to pay more and Kawaru was too impatient as he felt hes spent most his life waiting anyway.

HCs
- Kawaru is a "I'm only following orders" kind of guy.
- Yohei calls him Kawa-chan, it pisses Kawaru off a lot
- Socially awkward, doesn't get a lot of social cues
- After the villain group disbanded he finds himself joining the Yakuza
