The 17 is probably one of heroes translation mistakes similar to claiming Eggman being a Feminist while a more accurate translation would read womanizer (not that ether really line up with his behavior)

Pretty sure there's more than 2. Unless you're counting just the animals, but even then there's Storm who's 19, Vector who's 20, and then Vanilla who's age we don't know.

I didn't know about Storm's age, but I was thinking of Vanilla and Vector.Β I put a lower limit to Vanilla's age at 24, since Cream is 6 and I don't think Sega would condone young teen pregnancy so she should have been at least 18 when she had her.Β It does screw around with how we perceive them when Vector acts like a grizzled old detective or Rouge acts like a seductive cougar, which would normally be roles filled by characters 20 years older than that.Β Anime aging rates huh?
