Welcome to DayZ Rule Guide!Rule 1: "DTA" (Don't Trust Anyone)!
In DayZ World you can't trust anyone because, you will never know if they want to be your friend or they want to kill you and take your stuff (Which you work so hard to find good weapons and supplies). So my advice is..if you see groups or random player then try to run and hide from them (Unless you want to kill them and take their good stuff but, that's your choice to make) and ask your friends to join with you so that way you can be safe with your friends and help each other with food and ammo.
Anyways there are many ways they can trick you like: "I'm New" or "I want to join with you to find food and ammo" or "Can I have some little ammo?" (Don't give ammo to ANYONE!
).So Remember!

Yesterday I witnessed a player run into Balota airfield, I told him to halt but he got attacked by Zambies inside the control tower, he broke his legs and was being swarmed but i helped him out and got him some morphine only to have him axe me in the back, I escaped but only just.

i tried to help some1... he ask me for blood and while i was giving him blood he was taking stuff from my back pack and he tried to run but i kill him before he get away :/.... shoot every1 u see!!!!!

After getting lost from the rest of my group at night, i went looking around in Cherno. found some good stuff, so i decided to pack up and gtfo. Turns out there was an encampment of the only other 2 survivors on the server other than me and my group. They were sitting around a fire, and then they saw me. I had to haul so much ass out of there.
I'm also cautious of picking up or searching bags now as I've had several blow up in my face.
Another time we ended up sitting around for 15 minutes in a sniper fight on the outskirts of Cherno. 1 of the 4 of us was taken out by a sniper inside the city. The only 1 of us who had a sniper (also a guillie suit) had to make us run around and be bait until he could find the shooter.
This game is intense.

Was scavenging a military base then I noticed another player. Decided not to attack him cause he was unarmed, but then he found an assault rifle....yeah...
