Still low quality If you blurred the edges or upgraded it to encompass the whole screen, then it would be bearable. right now, it looks like a piece of clip art that I click-and-drug into the shot.

I got it working.
Rename the file to activity.bmp and with Boot Updater use Animation and select folder.

I don't know how he does it, but I put every frame in sequenced layers using photoshop, then just export it as a BMP file.

Hey i finnaly got it to work
all u got to do is go to here [link]
download the My7CustoBox_Setup_1300 app
install it then run the app
click on my 7 bootscreen
then charger une animation de boot
select the nexus boot screen bmp and u should see the animation in the box to the left
now u click on appliquer and it will install the boot screen
and your done
also when its done it will display instrutions on how to restore to the orig win 7 boot screen but its in french
so just click on the verry first option (i forget what it says so ya) and it will let you save the instrutions
then u can translate via google

mmm doesn't work for me. Windows 7 Boot Updater doesn't work with this BMP. I think that it's because it's not correctly formated to work with that app

To apply this, go there : [link]
install the soft and run it, then, run "my7 bootscreen",
then, click on "charger une animation de boot" (sorry I'm using a french software) then click on 'Parcourir' and browse to the BMP.
then click on 'appliquer'.
It's up to you to do a backup before The soft may ask you to make a backup for safety.
After the new boot screen is installed, a text window will popup to explain how to reverse in case of boot failure. This will be in french but google is your friend.
Ask me if you don't understand something
Here is a preview of what you will see when loading Windows :

I'm apologize for asking a probably redundant question, but how can I actually see the moving imagine because when I downloaded the image from the "Download File" link, it downloaded the .RAR in which was a .BMP file with about... well a lot of frames in one image... but not moving, as instead arranged above one another in a very large image. Could you tell me how I can see the actual thing because it really looks interesting?

The only way to see it would be to apply it.
That .bmp is the animation.

You'll want this: [link]
It's kinda risky though, so make sure you have the files it says backed up.
