huur. I thought of adding a background but then I figured this kinda sucked and I shouldn't spend more time on this than I already had.

Extremely simple yet it makes up with deliberate utilizing of minimal style. The angle perspective is dynamic and uses the distortion of limbs to better effect implying a moment of build-up for Dirk. Clever point touches are seen in the delicate trickle of blood & sharp lineart for his hair & folds of his shirt. Nice piece!

But it's all practice.. and just.. knowing how anatomy works, I guess.
For this I didn't actually use a reference.
I was kinda editing everything slightly as went along.. and making things smaller and slightly changing their position.
