I see the second panel as Snape having a brief moment of clarity in this incomprehensible jumble of letters, stiched together into shambleing horrors that in only the loosest of definitions could be called "words" which are then thrown together in a heaping mound of WTF-ery that has the IMPUDENCE TO CALL ITSELF A STORY!!!
