Description
This is my own rendition of General Du Couteau.His design was inspired by Jiraia the Spider from Gintama and Julius Belmont from Castlevania.
I even borrowed the troll face from one of the Gintama's opening.
Lorewise, he is Katarina and Cassiopeia's Father, Talon's master and benefactor and is currently missing.

It's a charming look. But in the lore Marcus Du Couteau was THE badass general who never lost and everyone feared. This guy looks way too charming and light-hearted to be the feared general in my mind.
That aside, I like the look of this character. pretty slick. Maybe use him for something else.

Exactly, I made him like this as a foil to Swain.
Whereas Swain is Intimidating, this guy is charming, he looks nice, he talks nice but under that smile he is as ruthless as Swain.
He would lure you in expecting easy prey but its already too late when you realized that you are already trapped in his web. You never now what he is thinking that's why he is so feared even among his allies.
At least I like to think so.

Yeah, Marcus is not nice, kind or charming. He's a Du Couteau! Spilling blood for Noxus! Standing strong! Wise in the ways of war! I imagine he makes Katarina look like a watered down version of 'badass'.

But that doesn't mean I don't like it, hope he'll look like that in the lore.

I think Cassiopeia had green hair too before her transformation but other than that this is great ^^

If I remember correctly the only splash art of Cassiopeia with her hair shown is her Mythic Skin and that's the style and the color I follow, though mine is a bit more redder.
