it's the prequel to the first one where it tells why King Triton hates humans, and we got a non magical villain in this one named Marina Del Ray, she's Ariel and her sisters Governess/nanny, and she hates the job so she plans on killing Sebastian and taking his job, along with her is her amusingly funny and very lovable henchmen, Benjamin the Manatee, and like most villains in the little mermaid series she's got her own villain song, it also shows 1. a cameo by Scuttle, 2. how ariel and flounder became friends, 3. that Triton use to hate music, and 4. that Sabastian use to have a secret during number 3's thing

If you watch the movie forward, it's a story about a woman learning that good looks and money are all that you need to look for in a relationship. She also learns that all of life's problems can be solved by finding a guy and making yourself look hot. What would we do without Disney educating our children?

really? i learn from disney movies is guys always fall for woman at first site, either because they really do "love" each other or some witch is using a spell. they will then have a child who will get involved with there parents old life or choices. if the child is luck they will also fall in love
