Happy Birthday !This was originally gonna be for an art trade, but instead I'm giving it as a gift! So u get both a picture and exemption from doing your half of the art trade!
asked me to draw the Dual Rival Shipping duo from Pokemon Black/White dressed as Robin and Star Fire from Teen Titans. Creative eh?
I've never drawn the DualRivalShipping (or heard of them cuz i've never played Pokemon Black or White! 
) but they're really fun to draw! and omg Teen Titans! Love that show! and in ur honor , i did some of the editing in GIMP!

i'm sure you can in photoshop. there should be some tutorials online. but in GIMP its super easy! dunno if you already know how to do it, but i'll ramble about it anyway!
you just open ur picture, go to layers, scroll down to transparency, then click add new alpha channel. then, use the fuzzy select tool (the one that looks like a little magic wand!
