Brief History: Born in October 11th, 2267 to a Former NCR Dad and a Mom that's a doctor, At age 2 traveling in his mother's Caravan group in south Cal and his father with his buddies from the NCR, They got attacked by the enclave A shockwave pushed his mother and separated him from her into a old vault in the ground that everyone soon takes cover. Vault 18. The shockwave made the vault think it's the bombs dropping and sealed them in there before they could go back for Alfred.

meanwhile there where to Raiders siblings, who was born into with a group of Raiders and they didn't like being part of it.
Jack and Jessica. they were running away from them after Jack killed one of them for trying to rape jessica. they wanted a new life, Jack didn't like what they try to do to her.. (in old fallout they did have working vehicles he wanted this idea..) they escape in a working vehicle that the raider camp had.
they happened to pass by the vault and saw a crying toddler and went there and took him.(the parents were already locked out before they could do something) they went to north California starting a new life and raised him there in a small town that was big in agriculture and farming in it's pre war days...
