Elza Walker is copyright to Capcom.The version of Resident Evil 2, now dubbed 1.5, stars this girl and not Claire Redfield. They are pretty much the same character with the same stats - biker girls, tomboys. Minor differences was that Elza attended Raccoon City University and was a part of a biker club, and intended to gather more members. I also read somewhere once (a long time ago) she was a big fan/participant of the motorcross and Raccoon usually hosted an annual race. And an obvious difference, Elza is blonde. Of course, when they remade RE2 after scrapping the old version, Elza was removed, to add Claire and connections to RE1. I think Elza's design was pretty awesome - her biker outfit was a great design. They should have put her in somewhere as some background chick, just for the sake of it.

Great art! Seriously speaking I'm a little disappointed at capcom. Don't get me wrong RE2 is my favorite game in the series, but after seeing stuff for RE1.5 I wish I could have played that it just to see what it was like.

I feel the same way. RE 1.5 had those extra differences that made it all the more interesting. And I heard it would have had multiple endings like the first game. More than one ending always sits well with me.

Ah! It's Elza! 
I agree, I wish Capcom would of made Elza (along with Roy, the dorky looking cop with glasses) a minor character or maybe a character with her own side quest ala Hunk's 4th Survivor mode.
Seriously, I could only imagine that she (and Roy as well) would only added to the Resident Evil 2 experience if Capcom would of just kept them.

That would have been good to see, and maybe even they could have used some of things dropped from RE1.5 to add further elements to the game. Would have been good!

^_^ nice! You know what's interesting about this, is an idea of older Sherry Birkin wearing Claire's biker get-up, definitely looks almost identical to Elza Walker. hrm, maybe they'll just incorporate that scrapped look into Sherry then. That would be awesome.
