It's okay to cry. (I do sometimes...everyone does.)
But don't hurt yourself, that won't help anything. Instead, try to do something to make things better, and if you can't do that, then at least talk to someone about it, it helps a lot, trust me. I know you have friends that are willing to listen. (Like me!

i know that. I just dont feel good about myself. Iv got all sorts of assholes on my back at school, and iv got loads of family problems too at the moment.
