I mentioned and explained it a long time ago and now also in this journal --> My Headcanons

So yes, in the far future Ven will become one of the new Tallest.
She will cause a lot of changes, many that some of the more traditional Irkens won't be happy about as she would put a stop to the invading of other people's planets. At least she will try. She wants to start an era of peace and try workout all the wrongs the Irken race did over the eons. A big and hard achievable goal, and certainly the other Tallest ruling by her side will have a say in the matter too so who knows how it'll work out... *shrugs*

Also I play with the idea that as a Tallest she would get a new name asigned to her by the Control Brain.
She'd be Tallest Violet or something like that. I haven't decided yet.
