This Idea was based on a meme I did recently...And just now, I realize that is EXTREMELY fun to make fun of Neji!
Hyuga shyness implied.
and in case you don't know what Hyuga shyness means (probably because i just made it up now...) I'll write a definition.
Hyuga shyness: a certain type of behavior of members of the Hyuga clan much like a sickness when they are with someone they like of if the person they like is implied in a sentence concerning them. Symptoms of Hyuga shyness are blushing, (Which takes at least 20% of your face space) stuttering, random outbursts, and/or keeping VERY quiet and fainting.
I got the idea for that when I was watching fillers.
