"Mix – Holiday Greeting 2009"

A would-be formalized Holiday picture takes a turn for the silly side with the arrival of two interlopers. Still turned out to be a cute picture though. XD

Lara Croft, Escad, "Anli" the Heroine, the Doctor, Dante, Amaterasu and Angela and... Cheetor(?) are featured here in this year's Holiday greeting! Cheetor looks cute in a scarf, Amaterasu is amused, and Dante is freaked. Escad's back in grumpy mode with the arrival of Angela. And Lara, Anli and the Doctor take it in stride. XD

2009... Fandom wise, more of the same, with a deepening love for LoM/EscadxHeroine, Tomb Raider, Doctor Who... And getting into Seiken Densetsu 3, and getting back into Beast Wars. <3 A good year, if I say so myself! XD

On an artistic note, a cute and quick piece done for the Holidays. ^^ Opted to leave the sketch as if was, with some nice, soft colos going on. I have not drawn a Transformer since I was ten years old, and was mainly working from memory when I added Cheetor in. Went back to some references a little after the fact for colors. But hey, he's the little guy! *sings* He's the little guuuyyy! There he is! My litttle guuyyy! Isn't he cute? XD And of course, the Doctor. The Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor. Sad to see David Tennant go, since Ten was my first Doctor, and I can consider him "My" Doctor, but I look forward to the arrival of Eleven and Matt Smith! XD Thank you, Ten. You were my Doctor... Also, the usual suspects. ^^ Tried to go for a "photograph" theme, hence the arrangement, but I got lazy. XD All and all, good fun. <3
