Description
Based on the previews of Flutter Brutter released yesterday, here's Fluttershy's Dad, credited as "Mr. Shy." Updated with better colors and cutie mark..You can get the SVG vector file at Derpibooru.

Well, if you downloaded the file from here it's not actually a SVG vector file, it's a PNG. In that case you'd just open it in a program like GIMP, photoshop, or whatever other image editor you want and use the erase tool.
If you mean the actual SVG vector file from the Derpibooru link in the description, you'd have to open it in a vector editor like Inkscape (which is free), then click on Mr. Shy to select him, right-click and choose "ungroup." That would separate his body from the large cutie mark, which were grouped together. Then you should be able to click the cutie mark to select it, then press the delete key. Then you save the SVG or export it to a PNG file.

you are forgetting pony marriage laws: think of mr and mrs cake we know there names are carrot cake and cupcake and they both end in cake ( mr CAKE, mrs CAKE) so it would probably end in shy
and with maiden names we have filthy rich and spoiled rich (spoiled milk before marrying filthy rich) so if we are thinking of names for mrs shy it would have to end in shy and make sense with a maiden name...gives you a lot to think about
