It use to be like that for me, but then rude people started to log on, and I got a reacquainted with real life for that reason. The internet is not as much of a friend to me as it use to be.

But I know exactly what you mean..
Before I got my computer, I was always moping about and annoying everybody. My mom noticed this after a while. And now that I have it, I'm happier around people and feel more, I dunno how to describe it really but, I feel more filled up, in a good, nice, happy way.
Sounds sad as hell, but being with people who are like you in some senses makes you feel proud to be who you are.
