It's been a while since I've done a full piece with color and shading and stuff...So here ya go, have some Miss Fortune in her new Arcade get up!
I use the concept art by to do this piece.
Took me roughly 5 hours of streaming to finish it.

The ref I used looks the same haha... I do agree that her head looks off; if it were over by like two inches [ if you get what I mean ] it wouldn't look so odd.
