Well Minto isn't too good at comforting/being nice (XD) so her trying to lighten the mood probably does come off as being cheeky. Minto herself has already heard the news of Pudding's disappearance and can probably relate with Ichigo's panic and grief. So despite Mint not being too good at it she still wants to calm Ichigo down before she spins herself out of control... Even if that means saying Ichigo's catchphrase.

But this shows this is not the same Mint as before. She's grown or well change from the rich girl who at times shows concern but still shows her dominance as someone "important". Even so, this is good.
